This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows a tremendous range of aromas immediately upon pouring: Baked plums, bright blackberries, fresh red cherries, tarragon, earthy pine duff, baking spices. Soft and satiny at entry, the wine displays an immediate sense of density and generosity, which increases as the wine spends time on the palate. Flavors of baked cherries and plums, dusty blueberries, vanilla, earthy notes, and toasty oak all intermingle. Toward the finish, the lingering impression is of bright purple fruits. - Celia Welch, Winemaker
